Phaseolus lunatus
Madagascar Climbing bean is a vigorous climbing tropical lima bean originally from the andes. Considered a perennial the Madagascar climbing bean it will last for up to 5 years in frost free areas, slowing slightly over the cooler months. It’s a great one for wet, humid climates. We find the green beans aren't palatable (quite tough) but leave them to dry on the vine and then use them as 'borlotti bean' replacement.
Approximately 10 seeds.
