Love of Dirt started in 2009 as a blog to document our journey of growing our own food. Now we teach people how to grow their own food and supply garden products that we love and use.
We're based in South East Queensland just north of Brisbane.
Our garden has been featured in Gardening Australia Magazine and Humans who grow food.
We specialise in seeds that do well in the subtropical climate, things that we grow ourselves.
We supply open pollinated, heirloom and non GMO (genetically modified) seeds. Occasionally we will stock hybrid varieties if they are better suited to our climate.
The large majority of seeds are saved here on site in SE Queensland, however due to climate (not getting cold enough).
Our seeds are packaged in resealable foil packets with plenty of growing instructions and tips for germination, growing, harvest and usage of your harvest.
