Brassica oleacea
Compact, hardy and prolific kale with blue curled foliage. This variety is great cooked or the baby leaves eaten raw.
Tip: This one is prone to aphids under the leaves as it gets super bushy, just make sure you follow spacing guidelines and harvest often to take away the hiding spots.
