How it Works

• Each trap has a cotton wick soaked with a strong male fruit fly lure and insecticide.

• Male flies are attracted from up to 400 m away and get caught inside.

• This gives you a clear picture of fruit fly activity in your backyard.

How Many Traps Do I Need?

• For a typical suburban block, 1 trap is usually enough.

• Place them near fruit trees, veggie patches, or garden borders.

How to Use

1. Wear gloves when handling the lure wick.

2. Assemble the trap by inserting the hook and plastic entry ports (instructions included).

3. Hang the trap at head height in a shady spot, protected from direct sun.

4. Check weekly, empty if needed, and note any catches.

5. Replace the lure wick every 3 months (extra refills available separately).
