Tall Utah celery is a tall green stringless stalk with an upright and compact growth habit. Seeds require light to germinate, we recommend sprinkling seeds on top of seed raising mix and lightly spraying regularly with water. Thin seedlings when true leaves appear.
Celery requires a lot of water to thrive, we love to grow it in our aquaponics system but keep an eye on it as the roots can get quite large.
For continuous harvest, harvest outer stalks. Will grow for up to 2 years this way.
