Beetroot Gold Globe is a yellow sweet heirloom variety. Both roots and tops are sweet and tender, with a milder flavour over the red varieties. A great option one if you don't like stained hands when processing and also great fresh in salads as it doesn't 'bleed' like some beet varieties. Best harvested young (around 5cm).
Approximately 50 seeds.
