Pea 'Greenfeast' Seeds

Pisum sativum

A heavy yielding hardy dwarf (bush) shelling pea. Although it is considered dwarf it will grow up to 1metre so a trellis will help it produce more. Plant when humidity is low to reduce mildew.

Greenfeast is a superb variety of podded pea to grow in the subtropics. We recommend picking an early harvest of baby peas to prolong picking duration as the more you pick the more they will produce. This variety of pea is perfect for small spaces as it doesn't grow as tall as some varieties of peas and we've found it a stand out on the powdery mildew front (ie it seems to be less susceptible than some other podded pea varieties).
