Mini blue corn is a fun corn to grow with the kids. Prolific producing popping corn variety, which can produce up to 4 ears of corn per plant. Ensure you plant in grids to aid pollination and avoid growing other varieties at the same time to avoid cross pollination.
A fun variety to grow with the kids. Standard size plant reaching to around 1.5 metres but each stalk produces 3-4 mini cobs. Dried out for use as flour or popcorn (our favourite for popping corn).
